Empowering Livelihoods
Skill development training enabled many women to start small businesses and become financially independent. Through tailored workshops on entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and vocational skills, participants gained practical knowledge that could be applied to generate sustainable sources of income.
Women were trained in various livelihood activities, including tailoring, handicrafts, food processing, and small-scale retail management. The program also provided guidance on savings, budgeting, and business planning, helping participants build confidence in managing their own enterprises.
As a result, many women successfully established income-generating activities and improved their families' economic well-being. Beyond financial benefits, the initiative strengthened their confidence, decision-making abilities, and participation in community development, inspiring other women to pursue similar opportunities.
