Rev. Fr. Khangsu Vialo Zingkhai, LL.M. serves as the Treasurer of the Diocesan Social Service Society (DSSS), Imphal and the Financial Administrator of the Archdiocese of Imphal. Holding a Master of Laws (LL.M.), he pursued his legal studies at the Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi, and the University of Madras, Chennai. He oversees the financial governance and administration of the Archdiocese and DSSS, ensuring transparency, accountability, and sound financial management. He also plays a key role in humanitarian programmes, child protection initiatives, and institutional governance. Recognized for his integrity, financial stewardship, and commitment to ethical administration, he continues to strengthen organizational accountability, sustainable development, and the well-being of vulnerable communities across Manipur.
