Justina Thoinu Roel is an education professional and community leader serving as President of the Manipur Catholic Women Organization (MCWO), Diocese of Imphal. A Graduate Teacher with an M.A. and B.Ed., she brings her experience in education and community leadership to her work supporting and empowering women and families. Her leadership reflects a commitment to strengthening the role and participation of women in the Church and wider community.
