Rev. Fr. Dominic Kanmi, MSW is the former Director of the Diocesan Social Service Society (DSSS), Imphal, having served as Assistant Director (2006–2009) and Director (2009–2017 & 2023–2026). He also served as the Financial Administrator of the Archdiocese of Imphal, providing strategic leadership in social development, humanitarian response, and institutional management. Holding a Master's Degree in Social Work from RTM Nagpur University, Maharashtra, he has led initiatives in community development, peacebuilding, youth empowerment, disaster risk reduction, and humanitarian assistance across Manipur. His visionary leadership, commitment to inclusive development, and dedication to strengthening communities have made a significant contribution to the growth and impact of DSSS Imphal.
