The orientation was designed to strengthen participants’ academic skills, promote healthy interpersonal relationships, and equip them with practical knowledge on responsible digital citizenship and cyber safety. The programme aimed to empower adolescents to make informed decisions, build resilience, and become responsible individuals both offline and online.
Programme Highlights

Mr. Ng Rameson Monsang, Programme Coordinator, welcomed the participants and emphasized holistic adolescent development. Rev. Fr. Soni Thomas, Site Director, inspired the gathering with an address on discipline, values, and wise decision-making.
- Session I – Academic Success & Positive Relationships: Participants explored practical study techniques such as the 25-5-1 study rule, Teach-Back Method, and visual learning strategies. They learned SMART goal-setting, the “FROG” principle for focus, and resilience-building. The session also highlighted healthy relationships, assertive communication, and resisting peer pressure through interactive discussions.
